Is this a fit?

You've come to the right place if...

You want someone who will treat your trip like their own — not just process a booking.
You're planning a honeymoon, milestone, or once-in-a-lifetime family trip and want it done right.
You'd love room upgrades, resort credits, and daily breakfast you simply can't book directly.
You want a trusted expert who has personally visited the destinations and hotels she recommends.
You want someone in your corner if something goes sideways — not an 800 number and a queue.
You'd rather spend your time enjoying the trip than planning every detail of it.
About Emily

Travel is how I show the people I love that the world is worth seeing.

I'm a Fora Pro and Virtuoso luxury travel advisor based in Decatur, Georgia. I have a Geography degree, a husband who tolerates my packing lists, two daughters who are already excellent travel companions, and 30+ countries visited — many of them many times over.

I specialize in honeymoons, romantic getaways, and family travel — with a particular obsession with Europe: Scotland, Ireland, the Cotswolds, Switzerland, Alsace, Norway. But my clients take me everywhere, and I love every minute of it.

What I do is simple: I plan the trip I would want. The hotels with the best rooms and the most exclusive perks. The restaurants worth the reservation. The details that make you exhale the moment you arrive. Then I hand it all to you and let you enjoy it.

Hotel-only bookings are always complimentary. Full-service planning is $50/day of travel. Every booking comes with Fora perks — upgrades, credits, and amenities — at no extra cost to you.

FAQs

Everything you need to know

Is your service really free for hotel-only bookings?
Yes — hotel-only bookings are completely complimentary. I'm compensated by the hotel, so there's no cost to you. In fact, you often come out ahead because I can access exclusive Fora perks — room upgrades, spa credits, food & beverage credits, early check-in, late check-out, and welcome amenities — that you simply can't get booking directly.
How does the planning fee work for full-service trips?
My planning fee is $50 per day of travel. This covers your consultation, research and booking hotels, activities and tours, curating a detailed itinerary, figuring out transportation logistics, and travel insurance guidance. Most clients find the value far exceeds the fee — especially when you factor in the Fora perks and hours of research I save you.
What are Fora perks and how do I get them?
As a Fora Pro Advisor and Virtuoso member, I have relationships with hundreds of luxury hotels worldwide that allow me to add exclusive benefits to your booking at no extra cost. These typically include room upgrades, $100 food & beverage or resort credits, daily breakfast, spa credits, early check-in, and late check-out.
Do you book flights?
Yes, I can help book flights. I'm also happy to provide guidance on routing and timing as part of a full-service plan.
How far in advance should I reach out?
The earlier the better — especially for peak travel dates and honeymoons. I'd recommend 6–12 months for big milestone trips. That said, I've pulled together last-minute trips too. Don't let timing stop you from reaching out.
What if something goes wrong during our trip?
That's one of the biggest advantages of working with a travel advisor. If something goes sideways — a hotel issue, a cancellation, a flight delay — I'm your advocate. I'll work to get it resolved so you can get back to enjoying your trip.
I don't know where I want to go — can you help?
Absolutely — this is one of my favorite parts of the job. Destination inspiration is my favorite part of the job. Tell me who's traveling, what you love doing, your budget, and your timeframe, and I'll come back with destination ideas and hotel options tailored to you.
